This short-lived logo was only used as a closing logo on films from 2000 to 2001. It is similar to the 1984 shield, except the "Warner Bros. Pictures" banner uses a different font.

This version of the 1984 shield uses the same banner of the 1999 logo, and like the previous one, it was used as a closing logo from 2001 until 2020.
2001–2019[]

2019–2024[]
After Warner Bros. Entertainment revealed a new logo on November 13, 2019, Warner Bros. Pictures also refreshed its image to match with the modern look of the new shield, which was used alongside the previous logos until 2021.
This print logo can be found in the posters of In the Heights[1], Tenet (both 2020) and China exclusive re-release of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (2001) and Interstellar (2014).[2]

This "dimensional" version can be seen on the studio's water tower in the opening of the 2021 on-screen logo.

The logo made its debut in cinemas with the 2020 film Tenet.
2021–2024 (Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema), 2022–2023 (Warner Animation Group)[]
The logo made its debut on HBO Max with the 2021 film Locked Down.
This was also used in New Line Cinema films starting with Mortal Kombat in 2021 as a variant, and the standard version debuted in Those Who Wish Me Dead. The pieces that form the New Line Cinema logo are colored silver to match the 2021–2023 Warner Bros. Pictures logo.
Beginning in 2022, this logo appeared on Warner Animation Group films starting with DC League of Super-Pets (even though it's the only film under the WAG banner to do so due to being last film to be produced under the WAG banner before the animation studio became Warner Bros. Pictures Animation on June 9, 2023); and beginning with Father of the Bride, the byline was changed from "a WarnerMedia company" to "A Warner Bros. Discovery Company"; the former movie marks the first time all three of Warner Bros. Pictures' main divisions (Warner Bros. Pictures, New Line Cinema and Warner Animation Group) share only one logo with different animation.
2021–2022 (Warner Animation Group)[]

This was used in Warner Animation Group films starting with Tom and Jerry in 2021. The logo was slightly altered to go together with the matching WAG logo. The normal version (with the standard clouds) also debuted in Space Jam: A New Legacy in 2021. The variant was dropped and replaced by the standard Warner Bros. logo (although animated films still used the WAG version) since DC League of Super-Pets in 2022 with the byline being changed (see the 2021-2024 section for more detail).
February-December 2023; 2023–present (corporate)[]

In February 2023, the shield's appearance was changed to match its design in the corporate logo of Warner Bros.' current parent company, Warner Bros. Discovery. This shield resembles the classic WB shield. It first appeared on Warner Bros.' campaign for its centennial in 2023, "Celebrating Every Story", and then made its official debut on the first trailer for The Flash before appearing in the film itself. Following the debut of the following logo, this is currently being used as a primary logo for corporate and small-scale purposes.
December 2023–present[]

In December 2023, the 2023 shield gained a banner with the company's name on it (this feature had previously been retired during the use of Pentagram's 2019 logo), making it resemble more like the classic shield. It first appeared on the trailer for the Philippine film Mallari under a variant, and then made its official debut on the film Wonka (which also marked the debut of the 2023 on-screen logo). The flat version can be seen on the studio's water tower in the opening of the 2023 on-screen logo.
